Golden, semi-soft and thin rind. Firm and smooth. Even surface bound with cloth ribbon.
INTERIOR:
Its ivory colored texture is soft, homogeneous and creamy. After maturing 25 to 30 days this cheese has a soft and delicate flavor with a slight aftertaste of sheep and goat's milk.
